We offer a wide range of quality health services and access to healthcare in an atmosphere of respect, dignity, and cultural sensitivity. Our healthcare team is devoted to promoting wellness, improving the quality of life, and the overall well-being of the Tigua Community. Our efforts include prevention and intervention services, working closely with the Tribal Council, other YDSP Departments, and external health partners. The Department of Health and Human Services provides healthcare services to address Native American health priorities through wrap-around and comprehensive services through our 4 divisions:

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Office of Minority Health (CMS OMH) and Division of Tribal Affairs (DTA) would like to share the newly updated Coverage to Care (C2C) Roadmap to Better Care: Tribal Version, which better addresses the specific health needs of American Indians and Alaska Natives.
