The Management & Budget Division is responsible for organizational management, planning, grants management and budget activities. This division sets the strategic direction for the Pueblo government’s administration, manages the organizational structure by spearheading department reorganizations, assessing current services and recommending realignments when appropriate. The division also maintains an organization-wide inventory of services, sets the annual budget, and coordinates related budget activities throughout the year. It is also responsible for comprehensive grants management activities to include database management and analysis.
