The Self-Monitoring and Evaluation Division executes monitoring and evaluation activities on the Pueblo’s programs, services and fiscal assets. This division conducts assessments, reviews and evaluations that aid in planning and decision-making outcomes. The division centers its activities on sound practices and strategic development of the Self-Monitoring and Evaluation (SME) annual plan. The division and its activities are designed to mitigate risks that may hinder the Pueblo from meeting grant and program objectives. The Pueblo’s Self-Monitoring Program has been recognized as a model and/or best practice by various agencies such as the U.S. Department for Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the U.S. Department of Interior’s Office of Self Governance (OSG)
