The primary focus of the Social Services Division (Circle of Harmony) is to improve the quality of life by providing trauma-informed services and programs that improve life skills while promoting self-sufficiency, family unity, and economic stability. The Circle of Harmony also protects tribal children and prevents the placement of children away from tribal families by conducting assessments, prioritizing needs, and advocating for clients.
