How do I enroll with Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo?

You must be a lineal or lateral descendant of an enrolled member of Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo. Enrollments are done in person and you must provide proof of state issued birth certificate and social security card.

How often should I update my enrollment ID card?

Enrollment ID cards expire every five (5) years and must be updated in person at the Tribal Records office.

What fees do I need to pay in order to Update or Replace my enrollment ID card?

Now enrollments and updates will pay a $2.00 processing fee. If the update is late (over 30 days) an additional late fee of $15.00 will be assessed. If the enrollment ID card is lost or stolen there will be a $15.00 replacement fee.

How do I sign up to get e-mail notifications of tribal events and newsletters?

To sign up for tribal event, newsletter, and job opportunity notifications, please e-mail [email protected] be sure to include your name and enrollment number.

Community Fund Distribution

 

Do I need a form of Identification when I pick up my Community Fund Distribution?

Yes – Updated enrollment ID Card or PRC Card will be required.

Will my Community Fund Distribution check be mailed to my address?

No – You must physically pick up your Community Fund Distribution in person.

Can I have a family relative pick up my Community Fund Distribution?

No – Individual enrolled tribal members must pick up Community Fund Distribution in person, no exceptions.

Is it required to pick up the Community Fund Distribution on the designated dates?

No – However, if the CFD is not picked up within 90 days the CFD check will be voided.

Why will my CFD not be mailed to me?

Distribution checks will not be mailed out to reduce fraud cases we have encountered in the past.

Electronic Fund Transfer

 

How do I report any updates/changes to my Bank Information?

Completely fill out and sign the Electronic Fund Transfer (Direct Deposit) form and return to YDSP Finance Department via e-mail [email protected], fax (915) 859-4723 or mail to Finance Department 119 S. Old Pueblo Rd. El Paso, Texas 79907.

I live out of town, is it mandatory to sign up for the Electronic Fund Distribution?

No – However, enrolled tribal members must pick up the Community Fund Distribution in person.
