The Environmental Management Office (EMO) is currently working on a project funded by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) titled, Native Grassland Habitat Restoration at Ysleta del Sur Pueblo’s Hueco Ranch. The EMO plans to restore native grasses and wildlife to the Hueco area. Along with FWS, the Tribe will also share partnerships with other local entities such as the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD).
